Shipping

Whiskerys orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong by PRESNSE.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched from Hong Kong within 2–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.

Estimated U.S. delivery

After dispatch, orders typically spend 14–20 days in transit to the United States. In total, please allow an estimated 16–23 days from order to delivery.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can occasionally extend them.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charge, or free shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update while the parcel leaves Hong Kong.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can correct it only if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@whiskerys.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
